I specialize in helping business owners and executives take care of their business’ most important asset – themselves. I love helping others design customized wellness plans that are just right for their busy lives, whatever the wrinkles and complications.
I know it isn’t easy to fit additional priorities into your schedule, because I have lived the life of a business-owner for the past 15 years. You see, being a Wellness Coach isn’t my only gig. In my ‘day job’, I run a very busy international software and consultancy firm.
I learned first hand that making positive changes in your life isn’t always easy, but it is so very worth it. My own experience was so transformative that it inspired me to learn everything I could to support others in experiencing the same benefits. I am now a Certified Wellness Coach and ACSM Certified Personal Trainer.
Though I don’t have any official certifications, I have spent years studying plant-based nutrition. Three years ago, I adopted a whole foods, plant-based diet. I had to re-learn everything I knew about how to cook and eat. Plant-based nutrition helped me resolve many medical issues that several specialists and a fistful of daily drugs couldn’t solve. Somehow over the course of 10 years, I had gone from being highly athletic and very well to stressed out, ill and obese, despite a life-long interest in health and wellness. Today I am in excellent health, am easily maintaining my ideal weight and have more energy and focus than ever. I also happened to lose 60 lbs along the way, which was a nice bonus.
Beyond health and wellness, I am interested in a dizzying variety of topics and am insatiably curious about pretty much everything. I am a travel junkie, an amateur photographer, a garden enthusiast, a voracious reader, a decent cook (especially when it comes to fruits and vegetables!), and tennis addict. Most of all, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband and three nearly grown sons.
